Built on the combined 30 years of experience that Robert Rudge and George Lawrence have gained within the property industry, Page Estates brings together extensive local knowledge, a genuine passion for property and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Joining forces with Nick Page, a highly successful and well-established mortgage broker who has been helping clients across Bournemouth and the surrounding areas for many years, we have created an independent, family-run estate agency that puts people at the heart of everything we do.
Our ambition is simple – to become Bournemouth and Poole's most trusted and recommended estate agent.

George Lawrence
Director
George has worked in Estate Agency for 18 Years. He has a love for Property. Always striving to provide the best service to all his clients.
He believes transparency is key when dealing with all transactions.
Robert Rudge
Director
Rob has worked in the industry for 15 years. He has been the manager of two successful High street Branches and is extremely dedicated about providing a top level service to all his clients and is passionate about property.
Nick Page
Director/Broker
Nick started his family business, Page Mortgages, in 2018 after spending the previous 8 years working in home finance and insurance.
Phil Rodriguez
Mortgage Broker
Phil is the latest arrival to the Page Mortgages family. He comes with a huge amount of experience and knowledge in the financial services industry having worked for national financial corporations and smaller family run businesses across a variety of financial disciplines
